Will Abhishek Bachchan be moving to 85, Naivedya, a swanky bungalow at Carter Road? This bungalow, just three blocks away from the newly acquired property by Salman Khan, was reportedly bought by Amitabh Bachchan just before his son's engagement to Karisma Kapoor, and was to be presented to the couple as a wedding gift. Unfortunately, they broke up. However construction of the bungalow has been going on since then. Shiv Gupta, who works as a security guard just two blocks away, confirmed that the bungalow belonged to Abhishek. When asked if he was happy to hear about the actor's engagement with Aishwarya Rai, Gupta said, "First I had heard he was going to marry Karisma Kapoor; now I read in the papers about Aishwarya Rai. I hope he gets married to her." However, two security guards outside Naivedya refused to comment and even denied that the house belonged to Abhishek. Another resident who lives close by said, "Even I heard that it belongs to Abhishek Bachchan and that Salman Khan has a house three blocks away. But when I asked the watchman, he told me the house belonged to a relative of the Bachchans and someone from a multinational company may move in."
